Can I purchase a branded giftbox or basket without a gift?
Yes, you can purchase a Picnic Basket on its own here. We can also offer branded gift boxes; depending on quantities, please contact us via email hello@parcelle.com.au to arrange pricing.
Can I request a specific delivery date?
We are happy to work with you to make sure that your gift is received within a certain window of your desired date. Email us at hello@parcelle.com.au and we'll work with you to make this happen.
Can I customise the items in my box?
We love to create custom gift boxes. With our extensive branding capabilities and affiate partners we can customise, well pretty much anything. Please email us to find out more about our minimums and how we can work together at hello@parcelle.com.au
Where does Parcelle deliver?
We deliver nationally, Australia wide.
Do you include a branded message card?
When ordering you can choose any of our greeting card options, your personal message will be printed and applied to our complimentary message cards.
When ordering 12+ gifts, Parcelle offers free Branded A6 Double sided Message Cards.
Where will my logo go on our gift box?
Your options are endless... we will create a mock up with options for you to approve or change!
Where will my logo go on my board?
We believe aesthetics are important, depending on the board configuration within the box we will suggest best logo placement, a mock up will be sent prior to production.
Can I add personalisation to my gift box?
Yes, we offer personalisation as well as branding, you can add vendor/purchasers' names to your gift boxes, please contact our design team via email hello@parcelle.com.au, we love creating settlement gift packages to suit your gifting strategy & requirements.
Can I create my own settlement gift?
